Iolaandeffi.com delivers to most locations within the UK. Please note that iOLa & eFFi is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses. Please be aware, these rates are under review - but rest assured they are coming down in price. The corrected prices are already available on checkout.

Occasionally, during discount events and holiday rush, there may be a slight delay in validating your order, and additional shipping time may be required. Total Delivery Time includes pending credit authorization, address verification, and processing, plus the expected shipping time for your order. All our orders are processed within 24-48 hours from our fulfilment centre in Northamptonshire, UK.

Certain methods may not be available for every location. Total Delivery Time includes the processing time until the order ships, plus the expected shipping time for your order. All orders received before 1 pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are processed the same day and despatched following credit authorization and address verification.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received after 1 pm UK time will be processed the next business day.
Shipment re-routes and address corrections are available IF THE ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DISPATCHED. To track the processing of your order, follow the link in your order confirmation e-mail. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.

If you place an order from our website for delivery outside the UK, they might be liable to import duties and charges which are required to be paid when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You, as the customer of iOLa & eFFi Ltd., take full responsibility for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that iOLa & eFFi Ltd. have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
A full tracking service is available from the iOLa & eFFi Ltd. customer portal. Please check your order confirmation email for the access link. It can sometimes take half a day for the status to update.
iOLa & eFFi Ltd. is not responsible for lost or stolen delivery. If the tracking number confirms the package was delivered to the address provided by the customer.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS
We do our best to make you happy but, if you aren’t, do not worry. Please check your order confirmation email for the access link, which you can find on the right-hand top corner. There you can select your reason for returning your product(s) and if you prefer a refund or an exchange. You can then download the return label; you will need to pay the costs of returning the product to us and obtain proof of posting from your Post Office, you will need this should there be any problem with the parcel coming back to us*.
Products must be returned in their original condition, meaning unworn and unwashed items with tags attached. We may reduce any refund due to you to reflect any reduction in the value of the product due to how you have handled it. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of dispatch. The date of dispatch is displayed on the invoice contained in email.
* Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any items which fail to reach
us or for delays in your return reaching our warehouse. We recommend that overseas customers send their parcels via a registered trackable service and get a proof of receipt.
We are unable to accept the return any of the following items: (i) swimwear; (ii) underwear; (iii) earrings; or (iv) toiletries, due to health and hygiene reasons unless.
The products you receive may vary slightly in colour from the images on your screen. Therefore, we cannot accept any returns using this as a cause. The images of products shown on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately reflects the actual colours of our products.
Dropshipping: these orders are not eligible for return or a refund if the Product(s)
received by the customer match the ordered Product(s) and such Product(s)are not damaged or defective.
Please follow the return procedures above and place a new order for a different size.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products, but you will not receive a refund of the original delivery charges or cost of returning the products to us (unless the products were faulty).
If you have purchased products as part of an offer or discount, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly to reflect any failure to meet the original requirements for the offer or discount as a result of returning the product;
Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt by us for us to process your refund, this maybe longer during busy sale periods.
We put lots of care into everything we do and don’t want to disappoint you in any way. So, If you have received something that isn’t up to standard you expect from us please email one of our Customer Service Team will be able to advise you on how to return your faulty goods.
All returns for potentially defective products will be examined when they get to us and we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund via email within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 calendar days of the day we notified you via email that you were entitled to a refund for these products.
If it is the case that we notified you that you are entitled to a refund, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the product, the original delivery charges and the cost of returning the product to us.
Dropshipping: If you have received incorrect, defective, not as described, used, damaged, or poor-quality Product(s), you can request a refund within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery of the order.
